    THE PROCESS

  • After enrolling, I will begin my assessment of your business–your website, product line, pricing, social media profiles and marketing collateral.
  • A survey will be sent to a list of your customers (as provided by you) and outsiders to assess how they perceive your brand.
  • Meanwhile, you will be working on a series of worksheets to develop the vision for your brand in preparation for our first strategy call.

  • We’ll get on a call to talk about the results of my assessment of your business, your brand as perceived by your customers, your vision for the brand and what elements are not aligned.
  • I will provide you with guidance and recommendations to bring alignment and clarity to your brand.
  • On the second call we will refine your brand, discuss challenges and talk through your vision in greater depth.

  • Within two weeks after our second call, I will deliver your brand strategy.
  • The brand strategy will detail who your target customer is and provide recommendations on where to find them, define your niche, provide a focus for developing your product line, outline a pricing strategy and provide clarity about what makes your business unique.
  • The brand strategy will act as a guide for all aspects of your business. It can be shared internally with employees and externally with contractors such as graphic designers, social media managers and virtual assistants to maintain consistency at all levels of your business.
  • When the document is delivered we will have a short call to review the strategy.
